TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Mesites Agency is entitled to withdraw from a concluded travel contract only in cases expressly stated in these
terms and conditions or in generally binding legal regulations.
2. If the client is unable, for any reason, to commence the holiday, they have the right to transfer their booking date to
substitute participants whom they arrange themselves. The client is obliged to inform the Mesites Agency of this in writing
in advance.
3. The client also has the right to withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. Such withdrawal
must be made in writing. The contractual relationship is terminated and participation cancelled on the date the written
withdrawal (cancellation) is delivered to the Mesites Agency. If the client withdraws from the contract, they are obliged to
pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation where the client has paid only a 60% deposit of the price:
* 60 or more days before departure: 500 CZK (20,- EUR)
* 61–31 days before departure: 40% of the paid deposit
* 30–15 days before departure: 90% of the paid deposit
* 14 days before departure: 100% of the paid deposit
Cancellation where the client has paid the full price:
* 60 or more days before departure: 500 CZK (20,- EUR)
* 61–31 days before departure: 20% of the paid amount
* 30–15 days before departure: 70% of the paid amount
* 14–6 days before departure: 90% of the paid amount
* 5 days or less before departure: 100% of the paid amount
When determining the number of days for the calculation of cancellation fees, the day on which the trip was cancelled is
included in the specified number of days. The day the trip begins (departure or start of the trip) is not included in the
number of days.
4. If the client voluntarily cancels part of the trip during its course or does not use any of the paid services, they are not
entitled to a financial refund for the unused services.
5. If, after concluding the contract, the client requests a change of date or apartment and Mesites is able to accommodate
such a change, the client is obliged to pay the following fee:
* for a change of date after payment of the deposit: 500 CZK (20 EUR),
* for a change of apartment after payment of the deposit: 1,000 CZK (40 EUR). No cancellation fee is charged only when
changing apartments within the same villa.
